Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Returns must meet certain conditions: Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept returns that have not been pre-approved.

Damaged and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can assess and correct the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We are sorry, but we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and purchase a new one when the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel the order or return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned item, informing you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
